the Red Door Restaurant

The Red Door restaurant is located at the back of the Fountainhead Health Store, and can be accessed via the red door at the side of the building. We serve lunch between 11am and 3pm, with a selection of wholesome and heatlhy salads, sandwiches, paninis and wraps. Each day we create and perfect a 'soup of the day' and a lunch special. The Red Door is open from 9am to 6pm (weekdays) for drinks & desserts.

We are very lucky to have a view of beautfiul Templin Gardens and The Grand River from our dining room. Whilst it is possible to arrive without a reservation, it is recommended you book a table if you have a seating preference, or for group bookings. Calling ahead and ordering to-go is also an option! Our daily special and soup are posted to our Instasgram and Facebook @thereddoorfergus.

We can do "take-out" orders by phone ONLY. Our focus is to serve our community in our cafe, so we may not always be able to fulfill take-out orders.

As well as lunch, we sell ONLY Gluten-Free desserts, which are baked in-house. We also have Vegan options!

All our sandwiches, wraps and paninis are available Gluten-Free, and our soup is always Vegan! Our purpose is to provide a tasty, healthy lunch alternative to our customers. See our full menu below.
